2. What data we collect

When you send a quote request, we collect the information you enter in the form:

• name and/or company name
• email address and phone number
• your logo file and an optional photo of the location
• details of the sign you are asking about (approximate size, indoor/outdoor use, series of interest, notes)
• the language and page you used

3. Technical data and cookies

Like any website, our web server records technical information about each visit (browser type, requested page and time, and a shortened IP address that cannot identify an individual visitor) to keep the site secure and working. Cookies and form contents are never written to these logs, and old logs are deleted automatically.

We use only one cookie, neonix_lang, which remembers the language you chose. It is stored for 12 months and contains no personal information. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and the site loads no third-party content.

4. Why we process your data and on what legal basis

We use your data only for the following purposes:

• to prepare and send your quotation and communicate with you about it (steps at your request before entering into a contract, GDPR Art. 6(1)(b))
• to deliver an order and handle our customer relationship (performance of a contract, Art. 6(1)(b))
• to follow up on business enquiries and keep the website secure (our legitimate interests, Art. 6(1)(f))
• to meet our legal obligations, for example accounting (Art. 6(1)(c))

5. How long we keep data

Quote requests that do not lead to an order are deleted no later than 24 months after our last contact. If you place an order, we keep the data for as long as the customer relationship lasts and as long as the law requires (for example accounting rules). Server logs contain no full IP addresses and are deleted automatically on a rolling basis.

6. Who can see your data

Your quote request is delivered by encrypted connection to our server and forwarded by email to the NEONIX/TETRIX sales team. Uploaded files are not stored on the web server. Only staff who handle your request have access to it.

Our website and email services are provided by Finnish service providers that process data on our behalf. All data is processed in Finland, and we do not transfer personal data outside the EU/EEA. We never sell your data or use it for marketing lists, and we do not use automated decision-making or profiling.

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you
• have incorrect data corrected
• have your data erased
• restrict or object to the processing of your data
• receive your data in a machine-readable format (data portability)

8. How to contact us or complain

To use your rights or ask about this policy, email sales@tetrix.fi. We will reply within one month.

If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our services or the law change. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of this page.
